About

I see a number of pastors doing blog post and leading seminars about  Social Media so I  thought as the owner of Social Media Firm, I would start a blog  about church and whatever else I wanted to write about:)

As the owner of  Strategic Online Networking, a Social Media Optimization business, I lead a team of consultants who empower various entities from non-profits to politicians to Multi-million dollar a year companies to have a dynamic online presence. My company, not only custom develops Social Media sites, but provides clients consultation, content management, digital marketing strategy and consistent branding across the web. I am told I am an effective presenter able to explain Social Media to the novice as well as expound on new ventures to the seasoned online marketer.

My husband , Col (Ret.) Irvin Lee, and I have a heart for multi-ethnic fellowships and are delighted to be members of Common Ground Tampa, a multi-ethnic church in the heart of Tampa, FL.   We have been married for 25 years and  have two children.  We are also members of Mosaix Global Network, relational network of local church pastors/planters, researchers, educators and ministry leaders, that exists to catalyze the growing movement toward multi-ethnic economically diverse churches.

I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science Degree and from Columbia International University with an M.Ed. in Curriculum Development with an emphasis in cross-cultural instruction.  I am passionate about strategy, ideation, discipleship, culture, anthropology, clear communications and constructive conflict (it used to be called exhortation).  I  also like good black coffee and laughing.
